By accessing or using the Roach Rage game application ("Service", "App", "Game") provided by Cash Squared, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Service.

Roach Rage is a mobile and web-based gaming application that operates on the Reddit platform. The Service includes:

  • Interactive gameplay with scoring and leaderboards
  • Daily challenges and missions
  • Cross-device game progress synchronization
  • In-game currency system ("crumbs")
  • Reddit integration for user authentication and social features
  • Daily leaderboard competitions and resets

4. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

4.1 Age Restrictions

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service
  • Users between 13-17 years of age must have parental or guardian consent
  • Users under 13 are prohibited from using the Service

4.2 Reddit Account Requirement

  • A valid Reddit account is required to access the Service
  • You must comply with Reddit's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Your Reddit account must be in good standing

5. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

7.1 Crumbs (Virtual Currency)

  • "Crumbs" are virtual currency earned through gameplay
  • Crumbs have no real-world monetary value
  • Crumbs cannot be transferred between users or converted to real money

7.2 Future Reddit Gold Integration

  • Reddit Gold integration may be implemented in future updates
  • Additional terms may apply to premium features
  • Refund policies will follow Reddit's established guidelines

8. DAILY FEATURES AND RESETS

8.1 Daily Challenges

  • Daily challenges reset at predetermined intervals
  • Participation is voluntary but may affect leaderboard rankings
  • Challenge completion data is tracked for progress purposes

8.2 Daily Leaderboards

  • Leaderboards reset daily to ensure fair competition
  • Rankings are based on legitimate gameplay only
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent scores

9. CROSS-DEVICE SYNCHRONIZATION

9.1 Data Sync

  • Game progress syncs across authorized devices
  • Sync requires active Reddit account authentication
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to synchronization failures

9.2 Device Compatibility

  • Service optimizes controls based on device type (mobile/desktop)
  • Not all features may be available on all device types

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11. REDDIT PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

  • Reddit's Community Guidelines apply to all social interactions
  • We reserve the right to report violations to Reddit administrators

11.2 Data Usage

  • Reddit integration data is used solely for authentication and social features
  • We do not access private Reddit messages or post on your behalf without permission

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Squared, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. TERMINATION

15.1 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

15.2 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Your data may be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but these Terms shall survive termination.

16. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
